Convert a PDF to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and more
Turn a PDF into an editable Word document, tables into an Excel workbook, pages into PowerPoint slides or pictures, or plain text — and open Word, Excel and PowerPoint files to make PDFs.
How it works
- Open the PDF (or a Word, Excel or PowerPoint file).
- Choose Convert and what to make: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, JPG, PNG, text or PDF/A.
- Pick the options — editable or exact look, a sheet per page, sharpness — and convert.
What you can do
- Word: paragraphs, headings, bold, italic, pictures — or the exact look
- Excel: tables as rows and columns, amounts as real numbers
- PowerPoint: picture slides or editable text
- JPG and PNG pictures of the pages, text with page markers
- PDF/A for archives and official portals
Questions
Are my edits included?
Yes. Everything you changed in Shiklo PDF goes along: edited text, added text and pictures, signatures, form answers, watermarks and page numbers.
What about scanned PDFs?
A scan has no text to take. Run OCR first, or choose “Exact look” to keep the pages as pictures.
Can I convert Word to PDF?
Yes: open a .docx, .xlsx or .pptx file and it becomes a PDF you can edit and download.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Shiklo PDF works in your browser: your files are read and changed on your device and never sent to a server. A saved project stays in this browser only.
Does it cost anything or need an account?
No. Shiklo PDF is free and needs no sign-up. It works on computers and phones, and once opened it keeps working offline.
